Voter roster
Everyone here is a CheckIn attendee for this event. Toggle "Can vote" to grant/revoke voting privilege — a revoked voter's link stops working immediately. "Checked in" counts toward quorum, via either CheckIn's own kiosk or a voter's own self-check-in on their voting link.

Public display screen
Show live results (unchecked) — the /display screen shows charts and tallies updating in real time, as it always has. Hide live results (checked) — the /display screen blurs the results and covers them with the motion title, a countdown to close, and a live votes-received-vs-checked-in count, until someone clicks "Reveal results" on that screen.

Voting Managers
A Voting Manager can create, edit, publish, delete, and close motions for this event, manage the roster (add/import/export/edit a voter, toggle voting privilege, manually check someone in), and send or regenerate voting links individually or in bulk. They cannot delete a voter, reopen a closed motion, view identifying vote detail, or assign other Voting Managers — but they can set quorum and the per-event time limit.
